challenges faced

The challenge that came across was that we had a requirement of 100 people who are qualified with fluent english with a low salary range.The client needed candidates who are fluent in english with minimum 2 years in hospitality or freshers in hotel management. The total number of candidates needed to be highly qualified with the requirement to perfectly fit in the job category as an assistant store manager.

our process

During our hiring process we contacted around 1000 people out of which we screened 400 candidates and among them we interviewed 150 candidates. Out of these candidates we finally selected the best 100 candidates who were deployed in less than a month's time.

The interview process was conducted by our field expertise HR manager who interviewed the candidates in the final step. The main goal was selecting candidates who were ready to get deployed in one month time.

outcome

Our best 100 candidates were deployed in a span of a month's time and worked successfully for 2 years under the contract. The qualified candidates got deployed and were ready to start their journey to work under the contract period.
