challenges faced

The only challenge which we had to face was having only 5 GCC approved medical centres and not receiving medical fitness reports on time. Approved Medical Centers Association is a mandatory medical examination which needs to be passed before travelling to a GCC country for employment, for applying for a residence visa or higher studies. The medical fitness report of each individual is generated by the medical centers. You can travel to your destination country after receiving a positive gamca medical report from authorized gamca centers.

our process

Our process requires a large number of suitable candidates in a very short duration of time. The process used our existing database apart from tools such as digital marketing and registered agents. As the salary offered was not adequate so we had to hire a large number of people to reach our goal of 200.

interview

The interview process was conducted by our field expertise HR manager who interviewed 275 candidates out of which 250 were selected for the job role. These candidates were highly qualified and all of them were equally good.

outcome

We deployed 200 candidates and helped in recruiting more 25% candidates than required by the client. We received a lot of good qualified candidates with fluent english and a good education background which made us hire more candidates than what was initially needed by the client.
